Graduated And Clueless is a personal development business that helps college graduates set ridiculous goals and actually make them happen.

Our Mission

To Ignite a Desire in others to Puruse their Life’s Passion and Not Settle for Anything Less than Overly-Ambitious Success.

To accomplish this mission we have created this site as a forum for communication and interaction about all things related to goals, passions, business, and life in the real world.   We believe the factor that separates succesful individuals from those who are habitually wandering is the presence of ridiculous goal-setting.  Widly successful people set their sights absurdly high and stop at nothing to accomplish next-to impossible dreams.

Graduated And Clueless has set out to introduce organizational strategies, tactics, tips, and tricks in ways that will completely redesign people’s lives so that they may pursue their passions in revolutionary new ways.  These are big goals but we believe it is possible because we have seen it within ourselves.  Success is a choice; and if we can show others how to make that choice more consistently and more effectively, we will have accomplished more than enough.

Jeff Sanders: Entrepreneur, Writer, Runner, & Organization Guru

I am an experienced entrepreneur and career coach.  In addition to founding Graduated And Clueless, I also write articles for Examiner.com and work as a Career Services Advisor at High-Tech Institute.  I have been employed by many Fortune 500 companies including Apple, State Farm Insurance, and Citibank, and I have extensive experience interviewing, hiring, and training many candidates.  I am also a professional member of the National Career Development Association, the Midwest Association of Colleges and Employers, have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre and Psychology, and I have lived everywhere including Missouri, Boston, Prague, and Nashville.
