I’m breaking away from my book release series just this once to announce some big news. This is officially the 100th blog post of Graduated and Clueless! Not to mention, we’re celebrating this occasion with a podcast interview. On Monday I was interviewed by Connie Williams and Sheila Tidwell, two real estate investors in Nashville, Tennessee who host a real estate podcast at ConnieAndSheilaTalk.com. I met Connie while out to lunch one day when she noticed a personal development program I was working on. Strangely enough, when she tossed me her business card I noticed the name of her website and realized I had heard of them from another podcast I listen to frequently, Podcast Answer Man. Small world.
What made the meeting even more bizarre for me was that I had just recently decided to change directions with my career and look into real estate. Meeting Connie that day was no coincidence. After exchanging contact info and chatting on facebook in the days that followed, Connie saw this blog and noticed that I wrote a book. From there I wound up as guest on their show and the episode is now available on iTunes and their website for free. It’s a fun-filled 48 minutes that is definitely worth your time. I recommend listening to it and, if you’re at all interested in real estate investing as a career, definitely subscribe to Connie and Sheila’s podcast because it rocks! They know their stuff and the shows are fun, while informative, at the same time.
